Caring for your Swimsuit

Before Wearing:

Science has yet to develop a guaranteed fade-resistant fabric when exposed to chlorine, saltwater, and sun. To help set the color in the fabric, rinse your swimsuit in a mixture of two teaspoons of white vinegar and one quart of cold water.

Normal Care:

Rinse in cool, fresh water after each use and dry naturally in the shade. Do not wring, wrap in a towel, or put in plastic bag when wet. When dirty, use a mild soap, do not soak, but rinse right away. Never put in a washing machine, dry-clean or spot clean. Hot tubs and swimming pools with excessive chorine will quickly wear out the swimsuit. This is not considered a manufacturer’s defect.
